If an order is missed or a mistake is made in the order and it is the responsibility of Criminal Rolls, the client will have the option of a refund to their original payment method or a store credit.
In cases where an order is missed due to weather conditions or other unforeseen events classified as "acts of God," Criminal Rolls will attempt to reschedule the order. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued based on the customer's preference.
Orders exceeding $100 for delivery or pick-up that are missed are not eligible for a refund. However, such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine appropriate compensation.
